When working at heights, safety is paramount. Our experienced Scaffold engineers consider a myriad of factors when designing scaffolding, providing you with detailed and user-friendly drawings to ensure your project proceeds swiftly and safely.
Covering a broad spectrum of projects, our industry experience spans from residential properties to some of the nation's most renowned landmarks. We have worked with numerous system scaffolds, alongside Traditional Tube and Fitting scaffolds.
We hold professional and personal development in high regard, which is why we encourage our engineers to become active members of professional institutes including the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
All our designs are fully compliant with British Standards, Industry Standards, and Eurocodes, and supplied with full calculations and CDM risk assessments.

Our Story
At Pyramid Scaffold Design, scaffolding is in our blood. We have a family history of over 60 years in the industry. Founder Ben King was the first to explore the engineering route after qualifying as a scaffolder in 2012.
Based in Chelmsford, we are passionate about creating exceptional teams by supporting individuals to fulfil their potential and develop rewarding careers. We enable this by fostering a supportive community where individuals not only feel valued and respected but also find genuine enjoyment and fulfilment in their work.
Construction is in a mental health and wellbeing crisis, our mission is to help drive change. It can be a fast-paced, stressful environment, but we believe with the right tools and support we can ensure the safety and wellbeing of one another.
