At Pyramid Scaffold Design, we believe the future of the industry depends on giving new talent the opportunity to learn, develop and build practical experience.
We currently support two apprentices as they begin their careers, combining structured learning with hands-on experience across real scaffold design projects. Working alongside experienced members of the team allows them to develop their technical knowledge, understand industry standards and gain confidence in a professional environment.
Supporting apprenticeships is an important part of our commitment to the long-term strength of the scaffolding and construction industries. By sharing knowledge, encouraging fresh thinking and creating clear routes into the profession, we can help develop the skilled designers and engineers the sector will need in the future.
For Pyramid, apprenticeships are not simply about filling roles. They are an investment in people, skills and the continued development of the industry.

Pyramid Scaffold Design is proud to sponsor young Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu competitor Rory Reeve, supporting him as he develops his skills and gains experience in competitive events.
Training with Gracie Barra Maldon, Rory has shown impressive commitment, discipline and determination throughout his Jiu-Jitsu journey. His hard work was recently rewarded with a gold medal at the Essex Open, marking another fantastic achievement as he continues to progress in the sport.
At Pyramid, we believe in supporting talented young people within our local community. The dedication, resilience and attention to detail required in Jiu-Jitsu closely reflect the values we bring to our own work, making Rory a natural fit for our sponsorship programme.
